Hey my son signed with a D1 school thats over 40 per year so at 75% combined baseball and academic merit money I would say 120K off a 160k bill is a good deal. I paid in addition to airfare for tutors, sats prep as well. The GPA is as important as the BA.

More imnportant my kid will take with him the rest of his life the he provided for his own education and when he hits the work force that goes a long way in a job interview. The ability to balance sport and school at any level D1 - D3 shows about your chararcter and work ethic.

Plus you got to spend a lot of time with your son which we can never put a price on. This is the kid of stuff this message board should be about positive and respect for all levels of ball at the next level.
