The Titans, Storm, CGI, Whalers all had a ton of 15U eligible kids and they played 16U. Take a look at what they did against kids in their grade (Which is really what matters). They were swept easy in first round of playoffs. They were playing all 9th grade teams, WHO by the way have a ton of 14U players. He was playin 3 years up. Team only had 8 guys to start the game. He also had a double nd a single. Very well played game. Cannot be all about the records. We played last years 14u and the coaches were very good and very low key. Not sure anyone coud argue with them bringing in Dennis Donovan at 13u this year. Shouldn't it be about teaching the game at these levels? Teams that teach well also win at 15, 16 and 17, can't have your cake and eat it too. I watched a Falcons starter throw 124 pitches in 6 innings over the summer at 15.. and lose, what good is that?
