Let me get this straight. The best huh? well, well, well.

here is the break down!

L.I. 9U ANY DIVISION. (2011 season)

#1 Conyo Chiefs Black

a) 2011 American League Champs.
b) Father's Day Tournament Champs
c) meeting with the top 5 teams this year =
Indians 0 Conyo 1
Falcons 1 Conyo 3
The rest are really not in the same category so why
bother.
D) They maintain the same roster.(real ball)
E) Teaching the kids loyalty in win or lose situations.
(I think they have the most errors in the league but that
won't get you cut! Just more playing time to improve!)
F)If at anytime you are hitting .500 you will report to
batting practice to get out of that slump!(Best Hitting
Team At 9u!)

TWO IS NOT A WINNER AND THREE NOBODY REMEMBERS!

Boy you Falcons are sure acting just like how you claim everyone was acting win you would win. "Everyone hates Falcons cause we win all the time". Seems like the shoe is on the other foot now. It's ok, go ahead and hate, everyone knew you guys had it in your blood.

CONYO SURE DOES LIKE TO SAY THEY BEAT THE FALCONS. THERE IS SOME REAL "CARRYING ON" GOING ON ABOUT THIS WIN. MUST BE THEIR COACHES AND THEIR "SHEPPARD".

I believe Conyo has lost 4 of 5 to the Baymen this season. On top of losing every game to them last year
I would also give credit to the Baymen in the fathers day tournament as like Conyo and the Falcons they were 2-1 and only missed out on the final because of run differential

IF THE FALCON PARENTS WEREN'T THE WAY THEY ARE, NO ONE WOULD BE CARRYING ON LIKE THIS. DON'T YOU SEE IT. CONYO HAS BEATEN OTHER TEAMS AND YOU DON'T HEAR THEM CARRYING ON LIKE THIS.

THANK THE ARROGANT AND OBNOXIOUS FALCON PARENTS FOR ALL OF THIS.

Well that's what happens when you hit .500 Get on the BIG RED WAGON! .850 OR BATTING PRACTICE MANDATORY! When you're the #1 hitting team run diff. does not exist! Who ya wit? Our # 8 guy was hitting .500 then we removed his full body cast!

Well then stop tournament stalking and come to the JUNGLE! NJBL AMERICAN LEAGUE! CASE WOULD BE CLOSED! What's the matter scarred to have to play all the top teams week in and week out? And a weekend means you got time to go home and figure out how you got whooped and come back with a game plan! There is no game plan at 9u for our bats!Oh one more question, Who ya wit?

i was at the fathers day championship game and i gotta say there was some great baseball going on, good job to ALL the boys the falcons have great players, the boys played a great game, even though the parents and coaches really don't know the game. It's not about intimidation, its about playing ball and still learning at this age, you parents and coaches can go back and forth all you want, all that matters is what mood these boys are in, how come the falcons are known for their loud parents why not be known for being a great set of boys playing ball, well it is what it is i'm just going to let my son to continue to have FUN and grow, Great job CHIEFS on your BIG WIN......GO CHIEFS

Nope! best POST EVER? "CONYO HAS A HUGE POULTRY B.B.Q. FOR FATHERS DAY" luckily MOST OF THE ELDERS MADE IT BACK TO THE COOP. i THINK THE FALCONS ELDERS ARE NOW ATOP THE ENDANGERED SPECIES LIST. If a falcon Elder is spotted on the side of the road licking it's wounds it should be carefully returned to it's nest. Thank you for doing your part. "Help protect the BIRD BRAINS"

THE FALCONS PARENTS WERE NOT THE LOUD ONES. THE CONYO PARENTS ARE THE ONES THAT YELL AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE THE BOYS BY YELLING "HE"S GOT NOTHING" "HE CAN"T HIT". THAT WAS A CONYO A HOLE PARENT WHO STOOD ON TOP OF THE BLEACHERS AND YELLED AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS THE ENTIRE GAME. WHAT A BUNCH OF LOW CLASS WHITE TRASH!!! THEY WIN ONE TOURNAMENT AND THIS SITE IS FILLED WITH THEIR BRAGGING. WIN 8 THEN YOU CAN CALL YOURSELVES A TOP TEAM...

Must have missed those games. I believe Conyo was very mellow at the start of both games. At which time the falcon elders began to squawk. Unbeknownst to the falcon elders the cry's resembled those of an ancient war to a Chief. The rest i must say was like a cut from an old movie. Cloud of infield dust settles,......... and There the Chiefs are, Drumsticks in hand. You know what the Chief said before he crossed the road? WHO YA WIT?

I agree! You wring every possible ounce of glory from your kid. Let him or her know there is no bigger fan than you. Professional sports never has you this excited! You can't buy these tickets or get them from work! This is your baby out there. A's in my kids report cards get you tackled at the bus stop by mom. Kill that song with the recorder and ill be dancing in the front yard! Do you know what it means to be a fan? That's your team, that's your kid, blow that horn! This isn't bad. We are standing up and saying "we love our team" I'm a JET fan! I still argued they were the best for years! now they are! Oh what a coincidence we are too. The irony in that! Who ya wit?

Yeah OK

We travel all the way to nassau for POPEYE'S. My sheep are well fed. Vegetables are an option. Poultry is mandatory! Do you know where the phrase Yeah OK derived from? Go to the library and reference the book, "THE CHIEF WHO SAID, IT TASTE'S JUST LIKE CHICKEN" It is a good read. There is a big moral to that story. I would check the meaning of SHEPHERD TOO that is one high and well bred position. Protectors are a rare breed! Bullies are a dime a dozen! I see you got a five. Want me to make change?

The season has already begun at baby baseball. What's your record? If i'm reading this correctly you don't have a win. Never seen a Cardinal beat down a Falcon before. But i see you have experienced it first hand! Guess there is a new bird in town and it's a Cardinal.

OK...To become a chief, you do need to go to school (at least one in the Connetquot school district).
Chiefs are born chiefs, if they are born in the Bohemia area.(see above) Otherwise you can move into the district.
That's great that you like poultry but a cannibal eats human flesh. Drinking and typing don't mix...gin and tonic do.
Good try though.

1ST. You could have lived in the area for ever. And as you can see YOU still can't be a Chief!

2ND. can·ni·bal definition
Pronunciation: /ˈkan-ə-bəl/
Function: n
: one that eats the flesh of its own kind
cannibal Function: adj

Hmmmmmm. looks like you're wrong twice. Gin and tonic? MAN up! Do you go to the ball park with you sun hat, Little crystal glass set and your sundress on? Get your ice cold beer here! that's what you hear! You made yourself look real dumb just now! Only thing you should take literary, is the WOOPIN Conyo gave ya!

at njbl 9u tourney
a falcon/ex falcon? player pulled up on sunday- the indians coach gave him his jersey and there he was starting vs CONYO

sad story
but that kid will be on another team come fall
sadder story coach gave him his jersey
Right off his back. What does it say to the kids already on the roster half way through a tournament? Not looking good for that kid to find a place to play and call home if they keep switching teams

I HAVE TO SAY, IF THE FALCONS WEREN'T THE TOP DOGS YOU WOULDN'T BE SPENDING SO MUCH OF YOUR LIFE TALKING ABOUT THEM. EVERY TEAM LOSES. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE IN EVERY SINGLE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME IN EVERY SINGLE TOURNAMENT. NOT TO MANY TEAMS CAN SAY THAT. NOT BEING AFFILIATED WITH EITHER ORGANIZATION, SOUNDS LIKE THE 9'S HAVE SOME VERY GOOD TEAMS.

Not sure which team you are guessing about , but the 9U Team that just finished first in the American Division is the same roster as the team that almost won the 9U Fall Division. And again, you can check those facts by going to the Roster report on NJBL.

Conyo black wins 2011 9u spring american league title!
Technically Inferno Black are champs by NJBL tie breaker rules. 1st tie breaker is head to head and teams spilt. 2nd tie breaker is run diff. in the head to head. Inferno Black win by a run. Congrats to Inferno Black. Conyo should read the rules before claiming victory.

And you were saying? We need to put your words on a t-shirt and have you wear it. You know like when they make world series shirts for both teams just in case. Then you gotta throw the other out later so you don't look silly. Well who won? CONYO OR INFERNO? Who is misinforming the public?

conyo is the team to beat..no better hitters in 9u period
They have already been beaten quite a bit. Not deep enough to win late tournament games. Baymen own them and Baymen are not that good.

Had to go to the Indians wanted to win. There is no better 9U team.
What happens when the Indians lose, Does he now take that kid on that team. If there is no better 9U team, how come they lost to Conyo? Perhaps I see a new team in that kid's future.
They did win the tournament. One loss is unimportant, even though he did pitch the game they lost, some irony there. He went to a better team whats wrong with that. The Falcons have not been impressive this year, aside from winning preseason bash they have been in a championship drought.

Problem with conyo is that all there kids play they can not play with these teams unless they bat 9 and only put in there weak players in the last inning like the baymen the falcons and the indians do.They still think this supposed to be fun ha ha.

I agree. Play your best players, in their best spots on the field and bat 10. All the other teams do it. This is a winning strategy. The weaker players can be substituted in. It's only right to have some sort of plan going into battle, especially against these strong teams, who already have their plan.

Unstoppable? Please so far they are evry stoppable...Baymen always beat them in every game they play. Funny how Conyo is the team that Conyo parent always say " but when we are better we are gonna beat you"...lol...9u Conyo Black is a laughing stock that has 2 good pitchers and after that can't win, more over against good teams can't even win when they pitch. Go away and watch the big boys play.

If they can't win against good teams, how come they beat the team that beat the Baymen in the championship at the memorial tourny, and beat the Falcons at BBH, who are the number one team on L.I. in the 9U division...The Indians. Maybe you should go away and watch the big boys play. You keep saying they lose to the baymen, but you can't take nothing away from the Baymen, they are a very good team. You 'll see when they get their defense together. what team is going to stop that runaway train called "CONYO". maybe you should put your cup of Haterade down. Why do you hate when you should congradulate.

NJBL had a great memorial tourney in 9u this year far better than BBH how just cant figure out how the inferno black make it to the championship game against the falcons without winning a game in regular play . Merrick is a very good team there were no weak teams in njbl tourney there were a few in BBH. Any one of those teams in njbl tourney could have won the BBH tourney. Not sure if the indians would have beat the baymen had they not added a pitcher the morning they played conyo. It did not help them to beat conyo but they were able to save a pitcher for there game against the baymen. It all comes into play. The falcons beat conyo in the caden tourney the same way they only had to play two games because the riverhead team forfieted . Not only did they use less pitching but they had a lower runs against score to make them the home team.

Great points you make there. I hope some people on here read this and realize how Conyo sometimes always gets the short end of the stick. Maybe we need to forget about the integrity of the game and fight fire with fire. But I don't think so, Conyo doesn't play ball like that.

Should probably leave the Falcons out of it. 4 for 4 in tournaments is pretty impressive. It easy to say your as good as a team like them, but you sound pretty stupid. Funny too in 3 of the tournaments Falcons beat 3 NJBL American teams in championship game. The other was an out of state team. That was luck? Go ahead Conyo parents this is when you embarrass yourselves and tell everyone your better.

Maybe you should leave the Conyo parents out of this, doesn't seem like they were attacking you. If you look closely at post #20897 and #20946 you can clearly make out that it's an ex-falcon parent saying you guys aren't very impressive and that the kid had to goto a better team because they want to win.

9U
1) Falcons-
Best talent 1 thru 6. Great 2-3 coaching staff that makes head cheese look good.
2) Indians -
Best spread out talent 1 thru 10, with great defense, good 5 /6 pitchers.
3)Baymen –
Good pitching 1 thru 4 , good hitting 1-6, best coaching, weak end of lineup.
4) Conyo Black –
Best hitting 1 thru 5 (no question), weak after 6, great pitching 1 and 2 starters , bad defense, cannot give them 3rd place because of the 1 and "something ridicules" against Baymen.

You guys(Falcons ) are always going to put us(Conyo) at the bottom of the list, hell if we didn't beat you, I don't think we would even be mentioned. Funny thing is when you guys beat us at Todd Caden, your parents seem like they were just as happy. All those Falcon wins are in the past now, you are not the same powerhouse team of last year, you can and have and will be beat. Face it and stop trying to live off last season.

I think Oakdale will win a lot in the summer division , the thing about the 4 teams listed above is that when they play tournaments they must us their whole roster. Oakdale is solid at the one and two pitching spots and will ride them for 80% of their league games. In tournaments you need 5 to 6 kids throwing to win as a team.

I dont think oakdale will be able to hit with those top four teams they will probably win a game or two in 4th tourney but there is no way they will go the distance. they picked up two ex conyo kids from two seasons ago great fielders but no bats. the 9u age you must hit. Whenever you move the pitcher back a couple of feet it becomes a hitters game and that is where the oakdale indians struggled last year. they played solid defense pitching from 42 feet but its a whole new game at 46 the big hitters will win. sorry oakdale going to be a tough weekend.

The forum clearly is asking, "after the first month who is top rated?" This is not a brand new thread so we will go back 2 months. Get any and all info you can and tell me Conyo 9u is not rated #1. If such evidence does exist for the question stated above please post and shut me up. My fingers are getting tired! And so are you're explanations!

Dinosaurs once roamed the earth too. What does your trophy shelf have to do with the pickle you're in now? Once you stack a team with all the best kids you can find and you can't win What do you do? I can say for one thing, It's not the kids! They are one talented bunch of kids! I would love to see these two teams able to meet up, kids only! no parents, no coaches and no umps. Watch them play from a distance and see both teams smiling goofing around and playing AMERICAS GREATEST GAME! BASEBALL GOTTA LOVE IT! Parents please keep encouraging them to be THE BEST! How can you go wrong? If us going back and forth leads to some extra coaching and game plans AT HOME with your own kid.(We gotta win! How you feel? You hungry? Want to throw around a little.)( DAD MOM GRANDMA AND SUCH SCREAMING IN THE BACKGROUND FOR THEIR KID AND HIS TEAM!) WE SHOULD NOT CHANGE THE INTENSITY IN WHICH WE FEEL FOR OUR TEAMS AND 9U BALL, BUT TAKE THAT INTO ALL THESE KIDS DO! I do and my kid knows the answer to this! WHO YA WIT?

YES UNSTOPPABLE.....Baymen may have beat us bit Falcons didn't. Yes when we get better we are going to beat you and that is exactly what we did. Not by adding new players or hiring pitcher from other teams, just some good old fashion practice, which we finally got a chance to hold(A good practice)...Our first all year.

As for laughing stock...seems like the Falcons are the laughing stock now that really only have 2 good pitcher and after that they have to hire pitchers from other teams and more over can't even win when they pitch...Hahaha...This is a clear example of eating your own words. My question is " how do they taste?"

So I guess you gotta go away and watch the big boys play.

Gotta love when someone has to shut up because they can't talk with their mouths full. Full of their own words that is.

I like to see some Queens and Brooklyn teams ranked in here. CP Stars and Brooklyn Bonnies are very strong teams. Stars 9u have not faced any of the top 3 ranked teams but hopefully that will change in Glen Cove Championship. As it's possible the Stars will face Indians.

By the way both teams have a set team and never bring in ringers.

We look forward to playing some of these tops teams soon. The Stars don't get alot of chances to play these teams as we stay away from baseball heaven. The reason is you rarely play in the actual facility in tournaments. So we just go to Ripken, sports at the beach and ECTB for our money. I can't wait to play these top teams as good competition get only help these kids grow. ometimes losing makes you stronger. More Hungry and work harder. I have heard some great things about the 9u Conyo team so hopefully we can play them this year.

It's a real tough call , Baymen or LI Indians probably still top dogs, Conyo always in the hunt, Three Village, and Ronk Cardinals, and Oakdale all strong 9U clubs . And the Falcons always find a way to win. Ed Rall Tournamnet will reveal several non Suffolk Teams that belong in this category

I hate the beast for his high expectations. For his so-called perfection. For his blindness to his faults. For telling me the truth. For not keeping secrets. For teaching me to believe in strength... and honesty... and greatness. Don't worry, I AM THE IMPORTANT STUFF!

1A)Baymen –
Real Good pitching 1 thru 5 , good hitting 1-7, best coaching, end of line up improved
3) Indians -
Good spread out talent 1 thru 10, with great defense, good speed , good 5 /6 pitchers. Sometimes coach gets a little excited.
4) Three Village
Good 1 thru 7. Great D , great 1/2 Pitching with good 3, 4 and 5, Now has Falcons #
5) I will Put the CP Stars and Brooklyn Bonnies in this group because they always produce great teams. The can move up by beating Indians in the Glen Cove Championship.
6) Falcons- A dynasty has ended

No disrespect to teams I have not seen- from what I have seen
1. Baymen- Won by run differential in NJBL american championship games. Baymen have an 8-4 record vs Conyo this year and won 2-3 during summer season. Also beat LI Indians 2-3 during season
2. LI Indians: On the field beat a very strong conyo team 3 of 4 during summer season. This gives them the edge
3. Conyo: a strong all around team- can beat anybody on any given day a notch below top 2 as records vs would indicate
4. Patriots: hard to have a handle on this team as during spring and summer beat up on same teams over and over and over- very little competition to gauge them
5. Ronkonkoma/Oakdale Indians: best of the reat
honerable mention : Falcons ha ha ha ha

It is fun to start over, when it is of your own choice. They all up and left! I am not able to see any FUN in that. I hate to use other peoples words but, WHO YA WIT? Crickets heard chirping! NOBODY! The nest is empty.

You seem to be happy about whatever you are talking about and that should make us all happy. Like they say in cooperstown, they never had a 12 year old wreck the game. Parents do though. You sound like one of those parents. But you know what who cares. What ever you are talking about ain't that important in life. Try actually cheering your kid on and learn something about the game. Oh wait he only played 5 innings and had three at bats, send the coach a nasty email.

Cowering behind a bush during a battle? That makes sense Anonymous. A real man does not fear his opinions.
