8U LI Falcons won the ECTB National Championship in Pa. Yesterday. Great job by the boys. As important they had a great time on the rides in the nearby adventure parks. Great trip!

No such thing? Tell that to the kid that has been to every game and every practice. Is always a positive influence to his peers and is on the bench because some player from another team decides he wants to shine on your team today. Where is the loyalty to YOUR kids? If that player wants to have fun and take a trip he should get in the car with mom and dad and go to the game as a fan. If he is not on your team (on your roster just in case he is available LOL) then he is a HIRED GUN! The people that disagree are the EMPLOYER'S of the HIRED GUNS! The truth hurts sometimes. If you really believe there is no such thing, ask the kid who's place he just took.

Winning has nothing to do with your record! If your kid is having FUN than he is winning. So i guess that makes YOU A LOOSER! IF YOUR KID IS JUST LEARNING HOW TO MAKE A PB&J AT NINE YOU REALLY NEED TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH HIM!

They don't ask any of them to play because they know they have loyalty. They do enough charity work already! I would think the only reason you would need HIRED GUNS is because something smells in YOUR dugout. You should not be upset they don't LOAN their players out. There are other names for what you are doing and in most states(except NEVADA) it's illegal! You married that team, now be faithful to her!

Sometimes it's impossible to have an intelligent discussion on this site. Especially when dealing with.....well your reply speaks volumes about you. Let me guess?? You're the dad in the stands who lives vicariously through his son because you were never good enough to play sports at any level. Or your the dad who berates his son over every strikeout or error and by the time he's 13 he doesn't want to play baseball any longer. Do youth baseball a favor and stay away from it.

A little bird was flying south for the Winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.

A seven-year old boy was at the center of a Fulton County courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible. The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.
After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the Child Welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Falcons, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

Uhh they don't do that anymore pops. They have these things called machines that do that now. And I believe a heavy equipment operator actually makes a really good living. They will only ask your kid to play if he has nothing else to do. We don't let our kids just run around town PLAYING with everyone they meet. Practice safe baseball! And here you are wondering why you always had that rash when you were a kid. Why do you think that girl in high school always got asked out? Everyone knew she was easy! Just because everyone knows you can handle a ball, doesn't mean you have to have everyone's in your hand!

Didn't the 8u Falcons just beat the hired guns team in the 4th of July tournament or did they cheat in that tournament also. You really need to get a life.
