Stay away ! This organization, like many others, is all about the money. They will claim to have your son's interests at heart, but it is the almighty dollar that takes precedence. They have a handful of decent teams, but for the most part all the other teams are slapped together, given poor coaches and left to fend for themselves.
This is coming from a father who's 16U son played all the time, performed well and no personal gripes. My issues were with the piss poor planning of the organization, the small number of tournaments, many of which were sub-standard at best.
I would estimate that half of my son's team last year should have been playing another sport instead of baseball. How could an organization have one powerhouse 16U team, which is acutally a hand-picked group of boys outside of the Storm facility (just wearing Storm uniforms), while the other two teams were both fiar at best? The anser is simple... $$$$$$$
