Where will the top teams this year: BBH, BOS, NJBL?

BBH has the best fields around right now. BOS fields worst fields on the planet. NJBL hit or miss depends on age group it seems the older kids get the better fields.

Its been spread out ex. FS Colts (a competitive team for years) played in BBH one season then played NJBL in another...Have to ask them why but traveling from FS to exit 68 is far on a weekday. The top teams in BOS are considered the the best if you listen to nuts on this site (me included). The question is, how good is your team (meaning any team) if you feel they can compete with the Cards, Prospects and Heat then BOS is for you, but beware as the season can be be long if a team is not up to par. NJBL may not be the best but the NAT/Amer div are competitive and have options for a less competitive team....BBH get their fair share of good teams....As said its how good a team is and how far are they willing to travel...

Right, BBH carpets are the best fields around until you have to play a game called baseball.

Bos has almost every college staidum and gorgeous HS field. What are you talking about?

Farmingadle, Hofstra, Stony Brook, Dowling... then Moriches, Medford, St A's, St. Doms and a million other great fields.

So where do you go to play I would like to see those fields that you play the game on.

I want in, my team played at least half the teams last year and beat them, they are so good that I lost my #4 pitcher to the #1 team...with all this talent in one division you have created parity (big word for most here so look it up).......I'll even pick up all the fees and gas money....tools

You forgot about the big organizations that always load up. Lets not make this a daddy ball list or kids that were shaving at 13. Whalers, Titans, CGI, Storm will be coming now that 14U Starts to become more serious. I saw it happen. Whalers and CGI at 14U year ago were bad, the next year 25-5 records, big strong good athletes now that HS players come out.

The reason the Colts played BBH spring was because the league was a Sunday double header league, or atleast it was suppose to be. The Summer was not. IF BBH has a Sunday league that would lure some of the better Nassau teams, certainly the Colts

When we played it was Ward Melville it made the sandlot look like Yankee stadium .Northport middle school and some really nice field in lindenhurst.You are there for a double header and no bathrooms should i go on ? Those fields are not used by all teams .

Fool? who is the fool the one saying all the teams should be in one division with no sense of reality or my dumb statement about how good my team is...sometimes you need to read between the lines with some of the post...at the end of the day it will never happen and what is it go to accomplish...getting sponsor money to pay parents for the best players...Please get real

You must have watched a lot of A-Team back in the days....if you don't understand just let it go and move on, is it really that important...its saying its bad enough what goes on now, if you put teams in one div it would not accomplish anything other then kids moving from one team to another...Back in the tech boom days, the pay was close on the west coast one took the job based on the perks...ex. what was the gym like or how was the food....if you need more explaining ill draw pictures

That list has some horrible teams on it.

Why would young guns be in a top Division? Did nothing in spring and summer Baseball Heaven.

Inferno Black good but was 1-5 against Elite in spring and tournament play.

Li Falcons as 13u did what? Didnt even know they existed.

And I would say the list is missing Prospects,HEat and Elite.

Heat being best team in 13u last year
Prospects being second best team again
Elite being on list as stated beat inferno black 5 times. Beat LI Yankees who were 19-3 BOS Summer Champs. Spring Runner Up Baseball Heaven.

Is tough to judge something just by fall ball which this persons list is based off.
Its funny where people come up with there lists.

2012 will be a year of change many teams are making changes in coaching and players that they select. To the guy who is bashing all these other teams come on show your face give us a christmas present i am sure that you would have no problem with that.

You have to take the propects off that list they are all on different teams..they wont have a 14u in 2012..they broke up.manager moved to FLA..

Correction........the Prospects will have a 14U team in 2012....it is true there has been some changes and how competitive they will be remains to be seen but there is a 14U team.

The Heat are to stacked they have to play 15u A, the Prospects broke up and nolonger exist, And no one wants those load mouth coaches around. If Ronk Blue is A titans team then there invited.. Oh you can keep Cgi also

Why would any "Top Team" play spring ball. Spring is for the players to play school ball why would they need to play a spring season in additon to that? Any true organization once the kids hit 14 and 15 don't play spring ball if yours does and you son is a good player find another team fast.

Thats not true the more they play the better, not every kid on school teams are starters and get the playing time the starters do. You have to stay sharp in game situations as well as practice. the only drawback of spring is if they are pitchers and then they just don't pitch during spring ball.

Extra Baseball on Sunday let kids Pitch how normally wouldn't and so on seems like a lot of good teams played last spring including some of the better teams like The Storm so what are you talking about

The Heat is so stacked..You must be dreaming.Heat are a great team but they have the same team as they did last year.They played up in 14a and got smoked. Neal had to cry to some yeams why are you pitching your best pitchers against them?? The Heat added 2 kids from the prospects..good players but not difference makers..I for one will be looking forward to see this stud team play aginst the top 15u teams..especially the ones that Neal so carefully avoided after getting thumped by them..

there are plenty of haters out there for the heat and Neal. loved watching Neal cry last year against the Storm White.He whined and whined about how come Storm was pitching there best at them.Then would cancel games against all the other better teams so he could reschedule against the weaker 15u teams that his team could beat..I will agree that they have been the best in there age group for awhile.But,the win at all costs are costing him players and his loyalty to his kids that have been there is zero!!! good luck in riding that crazy train to nowhere...

Maybe, but this is a team that played up (14U) last Summer and finished at .500. If the plan is to play 14U in 2012 the expectation they will be better is plausible. If they plan to play 15U I don't see more than a middle of the pack record again.

If you pitch (school comes first) and your other coach (travel) understands that you will only play a position other than pitching then playing on both may be better for some kids. With the seasons think about how more at bats you can get playing in the spring. We all say living on the west coast has an advantage cause of the weather, think about how many more at bats they get in a year. The more experience you can get the more relaxed you can be...Of course there is always the burn out factor and other issues but as I said it may help some kids not meant for every kid...

kids need time to grow. It is not talent at 13-14, some kids are just not strong enough yet. Neal and Mark do a great job, they need to let those kids get stronger and they will have a great team playing up in age. Just not yet. smart thing they did last yer was to break away, they are much better then when they left the other orginizaton. They did nothing for them name only.

Heard That The Cardinals have joined the Titan Orginzation..If thats true I commend their coach and whoever made the call in doing so. They have been agreat team for a long time and will only get better by joining that orginzation will only give those kids more of an opportunity to be seen. you can say what you want about the Titans but,.they have a proven track record and can only open doors in the future..

Titans are good at the college thing, but they don't improve players, they have a ton of turnover and issues with players, coaches and complacency.

Other places do better with trainings and practices from my experience.

I was informed that the Titans and Storm were taken over by Next Level. Next Level was the LI Yankees. They won't play in the spring but will be on top for summer.

Has anyone heard what the Hitters Club is doing lately?

from wha tI hear, if your son is one of the studs on the team u love it. If he is less then that you hate it. Big roster, kids picked up in the middle of the year. Even after you pay the big price tag there, you could be riding the pine

I have seen the Titan act add 20 plus kids to a team and collect $$$. They do well th eolder teams but lets see if they let Bnick coach this 14u team. Time will tell as they have a talented team.

The Next Level Team is not that good. There is talent there but they need new coaches. The 2 that I saw do nothing good for that team.

14u baseball on Long Island in General is a weak division. too many teams, too many leagues to watered down. The better teams duc each other to see who will hold the top dog spot, Reality who cares let them play ball Remember collage is getting close, Baseball is something to keep them busy for now. Not true. The best 14U teams being the Heat, Prospects and Cards/Titans. They are continuously playing each other in leagues in tourneys. No ducking there.

I heard that yankees are now called Team New Era. The Titans are still the Titans the Whalers swam out to sea the Sharks lost some and replaced them with who knows whatand the dogs are around but lying low. And thats that.

Ronkonkoma Cardinals Red is still together, lost players but has added what they lost I heard.

Bulls are still together they picked up a catcher from Hauppauge.He is a good ball player for sure.
