[Re: akon] akon Hall of Fame Registered: 11/13/09 Posts: 249 You have to take into consideration that Smithtown Grande, Hauppaage and a few other teams usually play down in National when they should be playing American. The way you rank your team as a manager in NJBL is how you are placed and these teams consistently year after year rank themselves lower than their ability. Please guys.....Only post teams that play American NJBL or BBH American. And dont reply back that some of these team won tournaments, thats BULL. Tournament teams and League teams are different. Ever heard of the word RINGER? There are some eastern LI teams that rape other teams for tournament players. Get real! Nothing has changed there. We all know that transient players come and go. They won almost every NJBL season they entered, Spring, Summer, Fall. They also won the Ronkonkoma tournament and a levitttown tournament in 2009 and lost to the Young Guns in the championship game at Ripkin Maryland...both teams were undefeated going into the game.
