Ages 15u and younger: Players move from team to team at these ages for one reason , always looking to play on a better team , that means win more games ,
Ages 16 u and up : Players move less at these ages from year to year as they look for an organization to help them play beyond high school, there are not to many around that is why some programs have multiple ages then.
